We source our high-quality meat from BRC Accredited human-grade factories, and the other ingredients come from UK farms where the food you eat is grown.

Making the switch to raw is probably easier than you think, and most pets can finish their old food and go straight on to raw the next day with no issues.

But you know your pet best, and if they aren’t the biggest fans of change, you might want to adopt a slightly slower approach. There are 2 ways to transition, depending on how well your dog takes to new food:
Straight swap: Finish off your dog’s current food and then give them raw food as their next meal
Gradual transition: Over 4 days, gradually introduce raw food alongside their current food:
Day 1 give 3/4 of their current food and 1/4 raw
Day 2 give 1/2 of their current food and 1/2 raw
Day 3 give 1/4, their current food and 3/4 raw
Day 4 your dog is eating 100% raw
The gradual transition is best if your dog is anxious about change or is prone to an upset tummy.

Your subscription is unique to you and your pet. We work out the initial delivery frequency by dividing our box size by your pet’s recommended daily amount to make sure you don’t run out. By logging into your account, you can change box size, daily feeding amount and flavours as often as you like. And for extra convenience you can move or cancel deliveries at any time too. Of course, if you’d prefer to speak to our Customer Care team, they’ll be happy to help.

Of course! In your portal, you can move your delivery date out by a maximum of 90 days. But we know that sometimes you need longer. Our Customer Care team can help with that. Give them a call on 01738 505031, or drop them an email at [email protected].
