From upping sticks and moving the family den or taking a trip on holiday, there are a multitude of reasons why members of our pack may wish to pause their account. At Bella and Duke, we know how important it is for our pack members to have complete control over their orders being delivered. We also know how important it is for all the doggy’s out there to get their food on time, every time (this is why we operate on a subscription basis!) and just like you, we want to avoid food going to waste or not being delivered due to prematurely pausing your account, as much as we possibly can!
Although pausing your account is simple and can be done at any time (through your customer portal), we want to make sure that you know the best time to push PAWS!
Below are the safest and easiest way for us to ensure our system runs smoothly and you are never disappointed!
Pause your account once a delivery has arrived or before your next due payment date. Once paid for it can take many hours to sort and readjust our system. Once an order is on the lorry and on its way to you, unfortunately, we can’t stop it and as you will appreciate, as it is frozen goods, returning is not an option.
If you are expecting a delivery and are also wanting to pause your account, please wait until your order arrives before doing so.
Also, if you pause your account while awaiting a delivery, the scheduled delivery will be impacted by the pause and your order will be knocked off the system and we don’t want that!! 😊
Lastly, if you are waiting on an order which you have paid for and still wish to receive the order, please, please, please, allow your order to arrive before you push paws your account!
