Storage
When your box arrives, the 250g tubs will still be frozen ready to be put away. To defrost, leave one meal in the bottom drawer of your fridge for 24 hours before your pet is ready to dig in.
When feeding your pet a raw food diet, it’s important that you adhere to the same hygiene practices as you would when preparing food for anyone else in your family, thoroughly cleaning any surfaces, utensils and pet bowls after each use.
Our packaging is sustainable and 100% recyclable. We’ll also send you a handy reusable storage container to put any defrosted, uneaten food in once you’ve opened the recyclable tub.
How It Works
We’ve made it as easy as possible for you to feed your pet a healthy, delicious diet that they’ll love every day. We carefully pack our boxes with dry ice to keep their food frozen until you’re ready to defrost it at home.
We know that life, especially life with pets, isn’t always predictable. That’s why our raw dog food subscription is flexible so you’re always in control. This also means that your pet is eating the freshest food possible, it doesn’t sit in storage for months before being sent out.
To get started, tell us about your pet, their age, weight, any health issues that they may have. Then, we’ll recommend the perfect food for them, as well as suggesting a variety of flavours and proteins to keep meal times exciting. If your pet has any sensitivities or allergies then you can omit these from their menu too.
Choose a box size that suits your requirements, (we offer 4kg, 8kg, 12kg, 16kg and 20kg boxes) and we’ll take care of the rest. Our courier, DPD, will deliver the food straight to your door when you need it.
You tell us a few details about your dog or cat and we’ll tell you what they need to eat each day to meet all their nutritional needs, and what it costs.
